Overseen by Executive Chef Justin Zammit, Apron presents an a la carte menu for breakfast through dinner 7 days a week, with reservations available for both in-house guests and visitors.
To showcase the best of the region, Apron Restaurant uses locally-grown produce from within a 20km radius of the hotel. The carefully-curated, seasonal menu features a perfectly-balanced selection of dishes that allows diners to experience the culinary delights sourced from Moreton Bay and the surrounding network of micro-farms.
